How is the All-on-4 Implant Applied?

1. Examination and Planning:
The dentist thoroughly examines the jaw structure and bone density. Implant placement is planned using X-rays or 3D CT scans, and a personalized treatment protocol is developed for the patient.

2. Surgical Procedure:
Four implants are placed in the jawbone. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, prioritizing patient comfort. In some cases, the implants can be supported by a temporary prosthesis the same day.

3. Healing Process:
It takes 2–3 months for the implants to integrate with the jawbone. During this period, the implants form a solid foundation and are ready for the permanent prosthesis.

4. Permanent Prosthesis Application:
Once healing is complete, custom-made fixed prostheses are placed on the implants. Patients now have the function of their natural teeth and an aesthetically pleasing smile.
